Why I’m Running
Palm Coast is home. I grew up here, graduated from Flagler Palm Coast High School, built my career here, and started my business here. I’m running because I believe our city can continue to grow without sacrificing the quality of life that made Palm Coast a great place to live.
Over the past several years, I’ve watched development outpace our roads, utilities, and infrastructure. Existing residents shouldn’t be asked to pay for growth that benefits new development.
My goal is simple: bring common-sense decision making, fiscal responsibility, and greater transparency to City Hall.
My Priorities
Infrastructure
First
Roads, drainage, utilities, and traffic improvements should keep pace with growth—not years behind it.
Responsible Growth
Growth should benefit Palm Coast while protecting neighborhoods and requiring developers to pay their fair share of infrastructure costs.
Fiscal Responsibility
Every tax dollar should be spent wisely. City government should operate with accountability, transparency, and measurable results.
Meet John
John Kvederis is a lifelong Palm Coast resident, graduate of Flagler Palm Coast High School, and owner of Odd Job Connection. Before starting his business, he managed complex financial operations, giving him firsthand experience with budgets, accountability, and responsible management.
Today, John is focused on bringing that same practical approach to City Hall—protecting taxpayers, improving infrastructure, and ensuring Palm Coast grows responsibly.
