Raised Here. Fighting for Here.
John Kvederis is a lifelong Palm Coast resident committed to preserving the community he calls home while planning responsibly for its future.
My old tree fort is gone and my mom’s house now floods.

A Palm Coast Native
John Kvederis has called Palm Coast home since childhood. He attended Flagler Palm Coast High School, built his career here, started his business here, and is now raising his family in the community that shaped him.
Having watched Palm Coast grow from a small city into one of Florida’s fastest-growing communities, John understands both the opportunities and the challenges that come with that growth.

Why I’m Running for City Council
Palm Coast is my hometown. I’ve watched it grow from a small community into one of Florida’s fastest-growing cities. While growth has created new opportunities, it has also brought traffic, flooding, and infrastructure challenges that deserve thoughtful leadership and practical solutions.
I want to help ensure our city continues to grow responsibly, protects taxpayers, and preserves the quality of life that makes Palm Coast special.
Professional Experience
Business Owner
As the owner of Odd Job Connection, John works with Palm Coast homeowners every day. That experience keeps him connected to the people and neighborhoods he hopes to serve. Whether he’s helping a family maintain their home or talking with residents about the challenges they face, John sees firsthand how city decisions affect everyday life.
Owning a small business has also reinforced the importance of reliability, customer service, and responsible financial management. John believes local government should operate with the same commitment to accountability, efficiency, and respect for the people it serves.
Financial Management
Throughout his career, John has managed complex financial operations, overseeing budgets, improving accountability, and making strategic decisions that balance long-term goals with day-to-day realities. His background has taught him that every dollar matters, and he believes taxpayers deserve the same careful stewardship from City Hall that successful organizations expect from their own leadership.
Community Involvement
John believes leadership is about serving others and taking action. He has worked with the U.S. Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights (USIDHR) in Washington, D.C., where he gained valuable perspectives on ethical leadership, governance, and building consensus. Those experiences reinforced his belief that public officials should lead with integrity, accountability, and respect for the people they serve.
Closer to home, John has partnered with community initiatives such as Operation Clean Sweep, volunteering his time to help keep Palm Coast’s neighborhoods clean, safe, and welcoming. He believes strong communities are built when residents are willing to roll up their sleeves and work together.
